This modern table runner is made out half square triangles (HST) and is very easy to piece together. To download the free PDF pattern, scroll down and click on the "Download Pattern" button. The pattern includes instructions for 4 different sizes: Small, medium, large, and extra long. The section at the top corner of the table runner is made of solid white fabric pieces and no HSTs to create the effect that the pattern fades away. This is shown in the next photo.
