What you need:
Color fabric:
3 - 3 5/8" squares
10 - 2 3/4" squares
White fabric:
3 - 3 5/8" squares
Make the half square triangles (HST). Use the 3 5/8" squares. Lay one color fabric square on a white fabric square, right sides together. Mark a line down the squares then sew 1/4" away from both sides of the line. Cut along the line. Press open and trim to measure 2 3/4" square. Repeat this with all the 3 5/8" squares so that you have a total of 6 HSTs.
Assemble the block.
