Scrap Block #29

What you need:

Color fabric:
  • 20 - 2" squares
  • 4 - 4 1/2" x 1 1/2" rectangles
White fabric:
  • 16 - 2" squares
  • 1 - 1 1/2" square

Sew together the 2" squares to make 4 separate nine patch blocks.

Cut the blocks in half horizontally and vertically.

Rotate the upper right and lower left pieces so that the center square pieces are at the edges of the block.

Sew the block back together.

Repeat this for all the nine patch blocks.
