Simple 3 Fabric Table Runner

This design is so simple yet so elegant! You can coordinate together any 3 fabrics to make this table runner. The large center pieces work great for fabrics with larger print, or fabric you just don't want to cut up.

It would be a great design for holiday table runners; you could frame Christmas fabrics in the center. I made this one reversible with a solid fabric piece on the back, so you could easily make it for two different holidays.

I cut the small blue flower rectangles to measure 6.5" x 10" so they had a finished size of 6" x 9.5". The large blue flower rectangle I cut to 6.5" x 15.5". The light blue pieces I cut to 1.5" wide so the finished light blue border was 1" wide. The white border I only cut .25" wider than the light blue. You can play with the sizes of all the pieces of this table runner. If you wanted, you could even add more or less large rectangles to change the look and/or size.
