Scrap Block #20

Only one more block until I can sew together the 3rd row!

For this block you need:

Color fabric:

  • 8 - 3 5/8" squares
White fabric:

  • 8 - 3 5/8" squares

Make the half square triangles (HST). Put the squares into 8 pairs, each pair having one color fabric square and one white fabric square. Lay the squares in each pair right sides together. Mark a diagonal line on the squares. Sew 1/4" away from both sides of the line, then cut along the line. Press open. Trim the HSTs to measure 2 3/4" square.

Assemble the block.
